SysCloud is being used to backup our entire Google Workspace (GSuite) domain. This allows the district to store end user data (email, documents, etc.) and restore it if/when necessary.
Pros
- Quickly performs backups in the cloud.
- Quickly restores data.
- Has the ability to employ rules and send alerts (i.e. if someone sends PII via email)
Cons
- Pricing for school districts.
- A la carte licensing/pricing.
- More user friendly interface.
Likelihood to Recommend
SysCloud does a good job of performing cloud-based backups of cloud platforms such as Google Workspace.
