The idea was to use it for the marketing department, to manage the affiliate network and make it possible that our merchants can create programs alongside our platform, without the need to install pixels, etc., all inside our own network.

Regarding design, I think they do very well.

Trial policy, they force you to put your credit card in order to check their features.
Customer support, they don't explain deeply their features, they force you to check their demo.
Notifications, as they don't notify you before they charge you.

In our case it was negative as it didn't meet our needs.

It is being used by the sales team to create unique affiliate links for our B2B partners.
