Tax Compliance Software

we use their Veratax for Sales Tax rate downloads (software is fine, gets the job done) and we use Taxify, by Sovos for our Gross Sales &amp; Use Sales Tax filings- in my experience, software is unreliable and customer service is not supported enough to make downloads accurate for submission- a lot of manual work needed to submit to States. Would not recommend.
