In my opinion, Don't waste your money or time

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we use their Veratax for Sales Tax rate downloads (software is fine, gets the job done) and we use Taxify, by Sovos for our Gross Sales & Use Sales Tax filings- in my experience, software is unreliable and customer service is not supported enough to make downloads accurate for submission- a lot of manual work needed to submit to States. Would not recommend.

  • in my opinion, customer service could improve
  • in my opinion, implementation could be better to ensure accurate reporting
  • in my opinion, better rep support and pricing for smaller term contracts
