Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UserGems is a great way to identify low hanging fruit. One great part about our software is that when a user joins a new organization, they love brining our tool onboard. This allows us to start those conversations sooner rather than later. UserGems helps me identify the right people to go after at the right time. It's simple, and the email notifications take the work out of using the tool. Great way to outbound

  • At the moment, there is not a whole lot I dislike about using the tool. The automations make it very easy to not have to go out of my way to interact with the tool

Likelihood to Recommend

UserGems has helped me identify old users at new companies any time they update their database. Notifications are automatic, so I don't have to go out of my way to use the tool. From that notification, I'll reach out and see how we can get our software approved at their new organization.
