We use Vault Verify for our verification requests for both commercial and government. The incredible change from another verification company to VV has been a gamechanger for our company. Since we link all of our earnings and deduction codes into the reporting, we have fewer questions from verifiers. The government forms have been completed quickly, as well as our team running their own government reports on the site and sending those out.

Vault Verify is our third-party vendor for employment and income verifications. Implementation was a breeze and the representatives were very knowledgeable about our HCM vendor. After implementation, our day-to-day support was very responsive to any questions we had. They check in every few months to ensure the service is going well and to ask if there is anything they could do to assist. Other than updating our earnings codes with Vault Verify, it is very hands-off. The service works as described and it is a huge time saver from manually processing verifications in-house. I don't have any complaints with the service and plan to keep using Vault Verify for many years to come.

Vault Verify is very easy to use. Their day-to-day support responds very quickly and the account manager reaches out every few months to check in on how things are going and to see if we need anything else from the Vault Verify service. I don't have anything negative to say about the support or the service. And it is a plus that in addition to saving me time and energy, we also get a monthly check for the verifications Vault has completed for us.
We direct all requests for employment verifications to Vault Verify. We utilize employment verification letter creations and established a connection with VV's partner, Sedgwick, to process unemployment claims.

We get various requests for employment verification letters from current employees. It would be nice to have a feature within vault verify that could house various letter templates and allow us to direct all our employees there. Rather than creating a letter inhouse.

As a manager in HR, I use Vault Verify to provide employment verifications when needed. Vault Verify has made it easy for our employees to request employment or income verifications on their own. Our Vault Verify contact is always willing to assist us if we have questions and want to look at making report changes to the verifications. It was very easy to get our HRIS set up to feed information to Vault Verify for employee verifications, plus we are getting paid for these verifications, rather than paying another company to do it!
Vault Verify provides the VOE and VOI for all of our employees and former employees. With over current1,500 employees and many thousands of former employees, this save countless hours for our HR department. With record low interest rates the last several years, home refinances have soared which require VOE and VOI. With massive social services programs rolled out during Covid-19, the same is true for our many former and current employees. This has been ideal to have a third-party partner for verifications.
Plus, it only took minutes to set up the integration with UKG, our HRIS. It literally was the most straight-forward, easiest integration I have ever done.

I used to be responsible for all employment verification requests within our agency, taking up multiple hours per week. Vault Verify allowed me to remove that from my workload, pays us a portion of the amount they make for completing VOEs for us, and allows our employees to have free self service access to download exactly what they need for employment verifications. Additionally, it was the easiest implementation I have ever been through (and I've been through a few) and if we ever need anything Vault Verify has been extremely quick to respond every time, which makes my life so much easier!

I highly recommend Vault Verify to any company that still completes employment verification requests in house, to companies that pay a third party to complete employment verifications for them, and to companies that send weekly files to third party employment verification vendors. It saved us multiple hours of work per week, is a free service, and profit shares with us. Additionally, they have an API already set up with our HRIS software (we use UKG) and the implementation took me about 2 hours over 2 weeks. The API allows for secure transfer of data and is protects our employees' data. They also have an integration set up with our unemployment vendor that will save our Employee Relations team time each week once we implement it (the hold up is on our end, not Vault Verify's). We also never have to wait for a response. I think the longest wait time we've ever had with this is one business day; the norm is a response by email within one or two hours. No other vendor we have responds that quickly on such a regular basis.
