Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We are using Vervoe to conduct one specific assessment that is part of our employment screening process. This helps the recruitment team quickly pre-screen candidates before interviewing them.

- Better team to create questions - we had to create our questions on our own which was a huge reason with why we chose Vervoe, we were disappointed with the questions they chose.
Likelihood to Recommend
In my opinion, I felt we were oversold by Vervoe. There are many comparable tools out there that are far less expensive. I realized after the fact that I should have asked more specific questions. The team that will help create the questions for the customized assessment is located in Australia. We had to schedule our meetings with them in the evening and it was NOT disclosed to us that that would be the case. A big reason we chose Vervoe over other platforms was that they made it seem like they would create the questions for us, they tried to but we ended up having to almost create the entire assessment from scratch. In my opinion, the platform is very clunky and simple things are not possible. For example, each recruiter cannot receive scores that they sent out to candidates... we receive scores for the entire group and we have to sort through whose candidate is whose...when hiring in high volume this is extremely challenging and annoying.
