Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Webex Calling to connect with community members which allows me to share announcements and virtual forums through meetings. Webex Calling helps me to conduct surveys and get feedback easily through call, messages and meetings. Webex Calling allows us to record meetings and share it with people who were absent and allows us to share documents and brings us together with stakeholders.

Pros

Can hold large conference at once.
Call quality is very reliable.
Easy to get used to it.
Easy to navigate and implement.
Keeping call and meeting reccords.

Cons

It has limited customization options.
It's challenging especially when login multiple accounts in the same time.

Webex Calling offers great features like holding meetings,sharing files,sms and calls which are essential in day to day communication with team and other people. It is easy to implement and use even for beginners and their customer support team is very helpful.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using this to address business problems, such as providing technical support to international clients over the phone and supporting services as well. It is easy to integrate with Webex Meetings for better collaboration. We can automate the auto-attending calls to reduce queue time and improve resolution. It overall reduces our hardware maintenance and gives centralised control over overall support services.

Easy handling and good support.
Very scalable and secure solution.
Seamless calling and connectivity with international clients.

Cons

Calling UI is looks old needs to be modernize.
Calls feels jitter due to poor internet bandwidth.
Little bit challenging to login different accounts in same app.

My experience is fabulous and very helpful for our enterprise in providing superb customer support to our clients. It is better to do day 2-day activities and seamless calling with clients.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

To begin, we use principaly use Cisco Webex Calling to troubleshoot incidents and resolving technical issues. Before Webex Calling, support calls was often relied on traditional phone lines that lacked integration with our collaboration tools and our networks needs.

The scope of our use case is focused on support and incident management workflows. The Webex Calling solution permitted to reduce the time needed to resolve incidents.

Webex Calling is less appropriate for scenarios requiring to have a lot of collaborators in the call. It less appropriated if we have issues with a mobile/tab device and we need to share the screen's device. Finally, they have room of improvement with the UI wich is less user friendly than others solutions.

Interoperability: When using Webex, I consistently experience poor performance (this may be due to the company VPN), and even after removing it, I still have issues.
Connectivity without app is low quality.
Web version jitter.

IT doesn’t allow the Webex app to be installed due to IT rights, and the website quality is low. Forced to use the website version of Webex, which impacts the user experience.

That a active call in "Cisco Call" in MS Teams comes up inside of Teams.

Webex Calling helpful for us for doing calling with the international clients with HD audio & video quality, It translates the native language very accurately. Customer support always help in case of any issue or query. It ensures the seamless communication, sometimes we use this to give demos to the clients. Also it has chat options we can connect with our clients at any time without any scheduling the calls.

Chat options saves time and boost productivity.

Very secure it encrypts every single call as well as follow all security standards and compliance.

Cons

Limited third party integrations.
Sometime calls quality reduce when internet bandwidth issue.
Poor ram management of mobile app.

It is the best solution for internationals calls with client with no call drop. It is easy to setup or deployed on both locations. It is providing rich audio and video quality that improves the communication. It is well centralised, reliable, secure and robust application for international calls. It gives smooth experience for both sides. Customer support is recommendable for the superb response on the issues.
