Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Big global conference calls to replace Microsoft Teams (250 people). Use in meeting rooms to display on the screen. Highly recommended for large corporations

Pros

Can hold large audience without technical issues. Sound quality
User friendly. Good features
Can mute participants.

Cons

Not sure if participants can all be with the camera on.
Nothing on my side to be improved for now

Likelihood to Recommend

Best for large audiences and remote training. Less appropriate for one-to-one calls. Overall, a good software to implement

Alternatives

Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and now part of Microsoft Teams

WebEx is much better to use when it comes to a large audience, no technical glitch so far and a good tool to record meetings
