Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Big global conference calls to replace Microsoft Teams (250 people). Use in meeting rooms to display on the screen. Highly recommended for large corporations
  • Can hold large audience without technical issues. Sound quality
  • User friendly. Good features
  • Can mute participants.
  • Not sure if participants can all be with the camera on.
  • Nothing on my side to be improved for now
  • Positive impact such as connecting teams worldwide
Microsoft Teams Skype for Business allows you to chat quickly or call. Good to have different alternatives as one app is not reliable.
Participant management, easy to connect for participants via the link provider, user friendly. Can record sessions for replay
WebEx is much better to use when it comes to a large audience, no technical glitch so far and a good tool to record meetings
