Wellics helps companies motivate and raise awareness among employees with educational modules based on short videos by experts and a "trusted toolbox" of resources. Participants can set personal goals and see the results of their activities. The organization can distinguish top-performing employees and health champions and award good performance, consistency, or both.

The admins can use the company's proprietary Wellics Index to keep track of their employees' journey with one number from 0 to 100. Alternatively, they can choose from dozens of standard wellness metrics or create custom ones such as "Glassdoor.com rating" or Absenteeism to set goals and watch the trend.

Wellics' advanced reporting (standard on every plan) enables wellness managers to monitor how their initiatives contribute to the company-wide goals and improve and prove the value and ROI of their wellness program.
