We use Workvivo to share posts, create engagement activities, reward program etc. It helps a lot in Peer recognition and employees get a sense of involvement and connectivity with others which majorly solves issues related to dis-connectivity. We have been using this for over 3 years now and the features are super helpful in creating awareness, sharing updates.

Workvivo is very much suited for corporate employees, specially for those working from home as it gives them a platform to connect with their peers and create social bond. It's an effective medium to create social media posts and share with others. It may not be very helpful for ones looking for tools to store confidential data since privacy can be a concern.

All of our communication and events are posted on Workvivo. We use it like an intranet and one stop shop for our employees. Instead of emails, use Workvivo to house important documents that are available to all employees. We have different groups that we are part of in order to communicate in one place and the information is always there if anyone need to refer back to it.

Our head office posts the updates on Workvivo instead of mail first. Employees will checkout the updates on Workvivo rather than on mails.

Workvivo in my company is used for all kind of Internal Communication. Some of the examples are announcements from Company Leaders, wishing for the associates birthday and work anniversary. We also use the tool to announce policies and there is a provision in the system to receive acknowledgment from the associates. It works more like a Facebook or instagram feed but there is also a provision to pin something if that post is important and needs everyone’s attention.The tool very smoothly works with the SFTP and SSO Integration and so associates will not have the pain of remembering password.

We have an FAQ section which is categorized in Workvivo. Being an HR, you will have a lot of queries coming from employees on various aspects. Based on the queries we receive from employees, we have built a FAQ with answers on it. So it was easy for us to direct them to the place where there can find ever more similar questions & answers. Policy announced to all and received acknowledgment through the same tool Separate Private Teams are created for special projects and discussions are happening easily

We use Workvivo to communicate any and all updates within the company. We also use it to post about new business opportunities and even to promote healthy competition between colleagues. Overall, it has been hugely beneficial, particularly for those of us working from home.

I use it for publicizing events that are going on within the company, announcing awards, team building exercises, we use it to upload photos of our pets and for competitions. Its like a work version of Facebook where we can keep up-to-date with what is going on throughout the wider company.

Well suited to announcing news, competition winners etc. It is less appropriate for sharing unfortunate, or bad news with the wider company. It is not suitable for personal use just work use.

We use Workvivo as a company Social platform, news outlet, engagement platform, policy organization and so much more. I personally use it daily to stay up to date whit what's new in the company: new colleagues, trainings, events, challenges, celebrations, announcements. It is a very user friendly system and I like to check it a few times per day for anything new and interesting happening in the company.

Good platform for employee engagement, company news and events. It's very easy to post, comment, like, engage with fellow coworkers. I use it to view someone's profile and connect, especially new colleagues or those I have not yet worked with, we are a large multinational company. Also to stay up to date with what's what in the company.

Workvivo is a fantastic app that allows you to keep in touch with all your colleagues, especially those from other countries. It was implemented by my company 1 year ago, and it is effectively the company intranet where information, communications, etc. are sent to us; but it is also the way to share anything with the rest of the company: a photo, a hobby, the photos of the company dinner, etc. You can share anything you want! So, on one side, Workvivo promotes knowledge among all employees; on the other, it really creates a lot of engagement.

Certainly, in a group of friends who have known each other for many years, Workvivo is not suitable, but it is really effective for establishing relationships with colleagues who are part of your own company and who otherwise you would never be able to hear about. In this way, I can know if in Paris or Berlin my colleagues have had an aperitif with each other because they shared it with us!

Workvivo replaced a longtime company intranet platform (Staff Connect) to improve engagement and smooth departmental communication gaps. The similarities to social media platforms make it easy to learn and fun to use. Retrieving information or documents from everyone in the company has never been easier. Seeing everything going on in the other offices has brought us closer together as a company.

Workvivo is perfect for our non-profit eye bank. It keeps our employees connected and informed without being a burden to use.
