Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo replaced a longtime company intranet platform (Staff Connect) to improve engagement and smooth departmental communication gaps. The similarities to social media platforms make it easy to learn and fun to use. Retrieving information or documents from everyone in the company has never been easier. Seeing everything going on in the other offices has brought us closer together as a company.

- Ease of use
- When managing events/articles, it would be helpful to arrange the list to display the same way every time (i.e. not showing the historically 1st event; I'd like the events to pop up in order of what's next, or at least have that option)
- Login timeout could be longer. Some attached items take quite a while to upload and sometimes I'm timed out and have to start all over.

- Communication has improved which helps with timing and deliverables
Every other similar platform was riddled with internal errors and caching issues. Microsoft is far too expansive to dive into blind unless you know exactly what you're looking for. Workvivo allows you to see everything happening in real-time and go from there.
