My company (a large, national urgent care chain) has used XpertCoding for about 2 years now in order to streamline our medical coding. We have worked with their team to tailor the product to our specific setting as they are very open to suggestions that lead to improvement. We have had many iterations and needed many months but ultimately their algorithm is much faster and more efficient than human coders. They have helped us optimize our billing in terms of making sure that charts go to the payors with the correct billing codes and are able to process them so quickly in order for us to be paid for our services in a timely manner.

Likelihood to Recommend

XpertCoding is a great product for high volume medical practices that will reduce costs and can reduce issues with human error. The speed in which the product can handle the volume of charts would require such a large amount of human coders that it would be cost prohibitive. Smaller practices with experienced, highly skilled human coders may find that there isn't as much benefit.

as time goes on it would be nice if Xpertdox XpertCoding has other offerings to help medical practices become even more efficient using AI artificial intelligence.

We use XpertCoding to review our Medical charts and claims prior to billing. The visits are reviewed for proper documentation. They are also checking for an accurate level of service, ensuring we are not over or under billing for the time and services provided. They are also ensuring that proper CPT codes and rates are billed.

Likelihood to Recommend

XpertCoding is highly adept at Medical Billing and Coding. They are a great addition to any medical practice. We have found them best used prior to billing, where they are able to locate charges that we missed, and ensure we are paid for all services rendered at our facilities. I would not use them as a post-AR audit, they are best suited at capturing maximum reimbursement prior to initial billing.
