- It also has integrations with social networks to expand the search for ideal candidates for our vacancies, as well as integrations with software such as a greenhouse, Gmail, daxtra, and more, to improve its functions.
- It allows us to view the candidates' profiles in an organized way so that we can monitor their progress in the selection process.
Cons
- The platform allows affiliation to events or job fairs, but its number of events is very minimal for what we need.
- Its learning curve may be a bit high, but it is worth getting to know the software in-depth, as it is very useful and provides us with great candidates.
- For the high learning curve, they need a little more support material, guides, and tutorials, for its correct use.
