Overall Satisfaction with 360Learning
We use 360Learning for 2-3 day blended learning certification programs. We provide this training globally in North America, EMEA and APAC. 360Learning allowed us to create professional, engaging courses in the platform as well as integrate our own Articulate courses. Our training is over a course of 2-3 days, participants take specific eLearning courses, then regroup in live training either via Zoom or in-person. The platform guides the participants via the programs we built. Each participant is required to pass an assessment at the end of the training.
Pros

Cons
- Sometimes the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like
- Frequent updates that can impact the guidelines we establish for our internal employees
- Catalog access for courses is linked to programs requiring participants to retake a program instead of just replaying a singular course. This is being addressed in a future update.
- The ease of creating courses allowed us to quickly transition to online learning during the pandemic.
- SSO connectivity to our custom site gives easy access to our participants.
- Significantly increased the scalability of our certification program.
