Overall Satisfaction with 360Learning

We needed a tool to onboard our new franchise owners and their employees and
have been able to onboard them quickly and efficiently with 360Learning.
Quicker onboarding, fewer support phone calls on our end. We have around 350 franchisee employees using the system. We are also using it for a management program for our franchisee employees and plan to roll out a Wildly Profitable accounting program soon. We've been working on getting other courses and programs uploaded for an April roll-out to another arm of our company. The business need was a way to help their employees onboard and get up to speed quickly and independently.

Pros

  • Ability to record video and screen casting through the platform.
  • Social component similar to Facebook.
  • Users can rate tasks and courses for immediate feedback about the content.
  • Exceptional customer care.
  • Easy to use for the content creators and for the end user.

Cons

  • The search field for videos isn't as robust as we need. It only searches videos that the user has already watched rather than searching all available videos.
  • Ability to edit the videos recorded in the platform.
  • Ability to manually mark courses as complete for a group of users.
  • Ability to create multiple questions graded quizzes in the platform - rather than 1 question at a time.
  • Quick onboarding.
  • Less support calls.
  • Short-time frame for our roll-out.

I highly recommend the platform. It has been easy to learn and easy to use
and our learners love it. The price was reasonable and the customer service we
have received as we learned the program and needed assistance has been
remarkable. They really want to help and want to give you solutions quickly. If you are trying to mark a group of users as complete in a course because a group took the training together, it won't work. Each individual user has to go through the course on their own for the platform to register them as complete.
