Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an academic institution that uses EMS for both academic and special events. We use EMS to monitor and maintain all spaces reserved or requested by internal and external users. Our functionality ranges from building and maintaining space, scheduling classes/events, utilization and reporting, to billing and finalizing event details, and almost everything in between.

Anything pertaining to the academics side of operations.
Final exam imports.
Optimization tool.
Customer service/solutions.
MAC compatibility.
Sync in real-time.
Application improvements.

Return on Investment

EMS has increased steps in our business processes.
We have had to find many workarounds to function when EMS has been unable to accommodate us.

Usability

The application is sufficient and, at the base level, does what we need it to do.

Likelihood to Recommend

Pertaining to event scheduling, it's decent. Pertaining to academic scheduling, it's sufficient. There is a lot of room for improvement.
