Overall Satisfaction with Acronis Cyber Protect

We use Acronis Cyber Protect Advanced for backing up client data stored on local drives of Windows client machines.

Pros

  • data backup restoration
  • ability to back up individual folders on the local drives
  • ease of setting up backup plans and applying them to client machines via groups
  • straightforward management server upgrade process

Cons

  • integration with Delinea remote password changer (when passwords are rotated for the credentials used in backup plans, they have to updated manually in Acronis CP console for each individual backup plan)
  • users have given help desk positive feedback particularly with being able to recover their data in a reasonable amount of time
I was able to easily and quickly train a new administrator on how to navigate the console and perform daily tasks as well as how to set up backup plans and recover data.
