Overall Satisfaction with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

I am the service manager of a fairly large MSP. We migrated all of our clients to Acronis Backups and have been very satisfied with the results. The ease of installation, ease of restoration, ease of billing has made the switch to Acronis easy for our company as well as for our clients.

  • Notified if backups fail
  • Easy to install
  • Partner Interaction
  • Backups
  • If a differential becomes corrupt the backup is still usable without a full rebuild
  • Price increase this month (10/22) is going to hit our ROI, we just switched to Acronis, so a price hike for a brand new service is difficult to justify
