Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
A large portion of our organization uses Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I’ve found it to be incredibly useful this past year with COVID-19. I find I’m using it every day for signing and reviewing documents sent between our various departments. One of my roles is managing AP and P-cards and this has helped with getting everything approved and having a secure way to see the digital signatures.
- Easy to use.
- Multiple features that address day to day needs.
- Easy to send documents to other departments.
- I’ve found that sometimes documents will give an error message not allowing me to edit documents if the signature on file isn’t recognizable.
- This might be a feature that I haven’t found yet, but being able to see if the entire document was reviewed by an approver would be nice for audit purposes.
- Another feature I might just not be seeing is if there’s an ability to share a live document with another user.
- User friendly
- Lots of functions
- Signatures
- Much easier transfer of documents
- More documentation for audit purposes
- More accountability
