Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is used by almost everyone in the company to view and edit PDFs. Plus we also use it to electronically sign documents.
  • Retains the document format and fonts.
  • Electronic signatures.
  • Fill and sign option.
  • Page organizer to remove unnecessary pages.
  • The install size can be a little less.
  • Signature option.
  • Fill and sign.
  • Easy to send documents to other departments.
  • Has definitely reduced printing in the office. We mostly use the signature option to get work done now, which earlier required printing, scanning, etc.
PDF Xchange struggles in editing documents as the OCR is not polished. Even though the pro version of Acrobat is expensive, we decided to go with it.

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Reader go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Reader again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat is well suited if you intend to send documents to another user without worrying about the text or font or any formatting issues. Also, it has helped save us a lot of paper because of its signature capabilities. The only gripe is with its install size which is pretty huge, plus it tries to install unwanted software along with it.
