Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark)

My team is in charge of the digital signs that run across campus. We use this software to create quick, quality slides that usually have a life span of about 3 days. This software helps us make these slides in a fraction of the time because templates are already in place to get you started. Just add a picture and some descriptive text and everything is ready to go. We also use this as a team so that we can see all the slides that others are creating in one place.

  • the phone app is perfect for social media managers on the go
  • cloud storage is a little wonky
  • using your own fonts requires separate uploads
  • Very easy to train our entire department on the usage
  • on-boarding new users is easy
  • you don't need to be a graphic designer to use this software
Because adobe is so widespread the community support is amazing. I have never actually used adobe support short of their website, but I go to youtube a lot to get my questions answered. You can google any problem you have and not have any issues finding an answer. In my opinion, community support is much more meaningful and helpful than support directly from the company

So easy to use. You don't need to have high technical or even design skills. The premade templates are easy to manipulate and make even beginners look like seasoned graphic designers. This software is great for people getting started because the templates offer you a way to implement design best practices by
We use a lot of interns in our department. This software is perfect for on-boarding new interns because the learning curve is very low. You don't need to be a graphic designer with years of training because their templates are right there for you to manipulate. I wouldn't use spark for high end print graphics.
