Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark)

I have used the newly updated Adobe Creative Cloud Express, and the previous version of Adobe Spark since it's initial launch. It is an amazing resource for our team to create professional images, videos, and other digital design elements quickly and easily. We use it for social media content, email and blog headers, promotions, and so much more. It is a valuable resource for any team of any size.

I haven't accessed any support tickets for Adobe Creative Cloud Express but in the past adobe has always been very helpful if there are any technical support issues. There are also tons of resources online for accessing tutorials, questions, or just general help. In general, the tool is straight forward and does not need much support.

The usability of Adobe Creative Cloud Express is excellent! Although it can be overwhelming browsing all of the available templates, once you choose a template and start creating it is a joy to work with. The layers panel is extremely helpful and visual for accessing different elements within the design. The image and text editors are also easy to use as well.
Adobe Creative Cloud Express is included with an Adobe Creative Cloud account. Our company has a corporate team membership so it is nice to have a professional and powerful tool that anyone on our team can use for free. The pricing structure of giving the tool away for free will be fundamental to users utilizing the tool. Similar tools, such as Canva, cost significantly more but do not offer the same features.
If you need to create stunning graphics quickly and access them easily than Adobe Creative Cloud Express is a great solution for your team. With Adobe Creative Cloud Express, you can easily collaborate with your graphics team to create professional digital media easily. Often times I use the tool to start my layout of a design, and then I transfer that design to Photoshop or Illustrator.
