I haven't accessed any support tickets for Adobe Creative Cloud Express but in the past adobe has always been very helpful if there are any technical support issues. There are also tons of resources online for accessing tutorials, questions, or just general help. In general, the tool is straight forward and does not need much support.

Although it can be overwhelming browsing all of the available templates, once you choose a template and start creating it is a joy to work with. The layers panel is extremely helpful and visual for accessing different elements within the design. The image and text editors are also easy to use as well.

Adobe Creative Cloud Express is included with an Adobe Creative Cloud account. Our company has a corporate team membership so it is nice to have a professional and powerful tool that anyone on our team can use for free. The pricing structure of giving the tool away for free will be fundamental to users utilizing the tool. Similar tools, such as Canva, cost significantly more but do not offer the same features.

With Adobe Creative Cloud Express, you can easily collaborate with your graphics team to create professional digital media easily.
