Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Learning Manager

We are creating custom content for Healthcare Organizations nationwide and are using Adobe Learning Manager as the LMS platform. We are creating a learning ecosystem for new and current end users within the organization teaching them how to effectively use their electronic health records. We have experienced that our training is improving end user adoption, reducing physician burnout and enhancing the overall learning experience improving adoption and retention.

Pros

  • Creates an easy navigation journey for the learner.
  • It allows end users to stop and take notes in the middle of learning as well as print notes.
  • Easy search functionality.

Cons

  • An easier way to "rewatch" completed learning.
  • An easier way to "watch again"...without having to search or go to the My Learning section.
  • The features of Adobe Learning Manager have made it really easy to capture new clients because of its sleek look and ease-of-use.
ALM has truly given strategic thought into the design of end user learning.

Adobe Learning Manager is well suited for any learner because it easy to use, extremely inviting, makes the learning experience fun, and ensures retention. We create micro learning modules that help the user pick up and/or search for things they need to know vs what they don't need to know. Physicians specifically only need to "know" certain information within the EHR and our learning journey using Adobe Learning Manager makes this super effective.
