Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Adobe Marketo Engage is one of our main marketing automation platforms. We use it weekly to send out our monthly drip programs, email blasts, lead generations, etc. The automation and analytics features are wonderful - especially how it seamlessly works without other internal programs. The only flaw is that it's not very user-friendly or easy to learn, but once you get a hang of it, it's great!

I haven't had to contact anyone recently, however, the experience I've had in the past has been fine.

Yes

As previously mentioned, it's not the most user friendly in the backend/ not the easiest to self-learn. Once you figure out where to find things/ how to set them up, etc it's fine.
Annual bill is helpful, so you dont have to worry about invoicing monthly.
It just takes the guesswork out of running these campaigns manually once you get it set up. We were running a drip program along with a couple of other campaigns at the same time so it was nice to know that once everything was set up we didn't have to worry about it/ could just access the reporting/ analytics when needed.
