I used it to learn about Marketo through the training videos, found out about the Adobe Summit, and use it for Analytics for work.

They are usually very responsive with tickets and when my company has questions on things that are not working well.

No because having quick and efficient support seems like something that should go to every customer.
We were having an issue with the counts updating in the program dashboard and we put in a support request. They were pretty timely in getting the situation resolved and ensuring that our process was respected and that the issue didn't affect the emails that we were planning on getting out that day.

Using Adobe Marketo Engage

It is pretty easy to navigate, the only thing that gets challenging is when the software is making changes and adding new features shortly after I am starting to get a hang of the old process.
