A vast and useful platform - more than I was expecting

There is a big learning curve to understand the vastness of what is involved with using or navigating through Adobe Marketo Engage, and the amount of content to remember is huge. But once you start to use it, it is pretty intuitive and easy. The layout of the platform is easy to find what you want to do, and it's in some cases self-explanatory for building email campaigns.

I haven't had too many interactions with Adobe Marketo Engage directly but my team encountered a glitch/error, and I saw the email that came from the Adobe Marketo technician/advisor, and it was incredibly detailed and informative. He worked through the entire process, gave suggestions, was professional but very friendly and personable. It was super nice

The scale at which you can deploy Adobe Marketo Engage truly depends on the size and scope of your company's objectives. At my current workplace, we not only have the budget for Adobe Marketo Engage, but also the scale of members to whom we can run campaigns. It's much easier at this size than previous jobs with a smaller database of clients.
