  • Difficult to download campaign, targeting, tokens information. There should be features to download campaign criteria like Smartlists, tokens, etc so that they can be shared in a report format for stakeholder reviews.
  • Third party and marketing platforms integrations are limited.
  • Content analysis is limited, reports like heatmap analysis on emails, etc could be helpful.
