Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo is used for a variety of reasons at our organization. It’s absolutely vital for our marketing team to have a reliable automation source like Marketo. Mainly for email campaigns, but the use cases go beyond that. It also helps our sales team and marketing team stay more aligned with the ability to all use the same platform.

Each team handles a different area of Marketo, but directly on my team we manage customer service and lead management. Recently we have been using Marketo to drive growth in markets that are newly desirable. Overall Adobe Marketo lets me and my team achieve all that needs to be done across the organization.

Recently we activated a customer feedback campaign through Marketo for the first time, rather than going the manual route. We were able to actually track and analyze the results, so we will continue to do so for all review campaigns moving forward. It also allows for us to activate drip campaigns.
