In short, Adobe Creative Cloud Express is an all-in-one web application for creating and sharing visual stories that will amaze your audience from whatever device they access.

Unlike its more popular and specialized counterparts, like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Dreamweaver, the Adobe Creative Cloud Express learning process is so easy. Among Adobe Creative Cloud Express Page, Post, and Video, each task has its own iOS app in the app store, but only Adobe Creative Cloud Express Post is available for Android at the moment.
