Overall Satisfaction with Akeneo

We use Akeneo as our Product Information Management system, which integrates into our ERP and eCommerce platforms. It allows us to maintain a single source of truth for our product data, and access to this data for users who need this most. It also allows us to distribute this data to our various channels, and ensures that the data is consistent across these channels.

It's well suited to an environment which has multiple users working on product information at the same time. For smaller organisations, it would be easy to segregate products for the different users to focus on their span of work, but this has been somewhat tricky in a multi-company environment like ours where we have different users working on the same / similar products. Overall though, we're happy with the product.
