Overall Satisfaction with Aline

We wanted a product that would help the sales team move the prospective resident through the sales funnel and was built for senior living. That was when we found Sherpa, now Aline. We couldn't be happier. The user-friendly software provides the team with the resources to move a prospect through the sales funnel. It also provides significant data and allows me to drill down quickly to find our focus areas. With all these features, we have shortened our time from lead to move-in, increased occupancy, and saved money.

The teams and I couldn't do our jobs effectively without this software system. Aline has been a tremendous asset to [...]. I look forward to all the future enhancements and seeing how they will improve our efficiency even more.

  • When we implemented Aline the team occupancy was 76% by year end we were at 86.4%, this took 10 months.
  • The platform saves me countless hours each month for datamining for board reports. The system has paid for itself several times over
  • We can now compare year of year marketing campaigns to find out which campaigns to keep or no longer suit our market.
We have been working with [...] on sales training for the last two years. He has been an invaluable asset to me and the team. He really has done a great job working with us on honing the sales skills.

[...], our Customer Service Manager is amazing also. She is available for any questions and has been a huge resource to the team, and myself. I appreciate that the team members have all worked in the field so they come with great examples and insight.
I believe the platform is very user-friendly. The dashboard provides everything we need at our finger tips. The integration with office365 is very helpful for the teams to be able to input their emails, and tours.
In my opinion, RealPage Senior Living didn't hold a candle to the Aline platform. They didn't offer any of the robust reporting, and moving a prospect through the sales funnel was very cumbersome.

This platform is terrific for Senior living, focusing on Independent Living, Assisted Living, and memory care. This isn't as user-friendly for skilled nursing. This makes it a little harder for a Lifeplan community,
