Overall Satisfaction with Aline

I am the Director of Sales at a Senior Living community. We use Aline to log information on our prospective residents. Aline also connects to Zillow and Facebook, which allows us to better understand the prospect. We can pull many reports through Aline, which helps us identify what is working or not.

Pros

  • Tracks trends.
  • Provides meaningful reports.
  • Predictive analytics.

Cons

  • Being able to block out certain days on the calendar would be helpful.
  • Optimizing sales and marketing processes through analytics.
Aline's support is great. When I have a question, I can send it to someone from the program and usually get a response within a few minutes.
The program seems pretty easy to adapt to. I've shadowed a few people getting started with Aline, and they seem to catch on very quickly.
Vital is pretty basic and limited. Aline can track trends and produce helpful reports to help with sales growth.
