Overall Satisfaction with Aline

I use Aline to help manage our referrals and inquiries for our senior living community. Stay organized and keep track of all leads. We can also track how new prospects learned about our organizations and possibly why they did not follow through with a move-in. It allows us to personalize all communications and share referrals between levels of living Without having to re-enter the data.

Pros

  • Notifications of missed next steps
  • Highlighting and prioritizing hot vs shoft leads.
  • Track referral sources
  • Track vacancies and move ins across all levels of living

Cons

  • Email does not allow us to include attachments.
  • Optimizes sales and marketing
  • Reduce paper tracking
To be fair, I haven’t used this much.
Would be a 10 if you had the ability to include attachments to email.
