Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Aline for my senior living CRM. It helps me keep track of what I've done and where I've been. I like the AI feature and plan to take advantage of the options.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Show me metrics in real time.
Allow for photos.
Dictation

Cons

I want to add a task without having to do it after having completed a task.
I don't like that you cannot simply click on your task and then complete it.
I wish there was a search bar for Outreach.

Return on Investment

It's hard to say as I've only been using it for 3 months.

I enjoyed the training that I did in the beginning but having not had the opportunity to implement a lot of what I learned I can't speak to this question. Also, not using it for very long I've had little time to seek support.

Usability

Maybe it's my experience with Sales Force that has me rating it somewhat poorly, but I find it to be a little wonky at times. Here are some examples: I don't like having to complete a task before being able to set up a future task. I don't like that I cannot click on a task to complete it. Overall, Salesforce was more clear, and my notes were displayed in a more linear fashion than I preferred.

It's well suited to what I do, but I'm used to Salesforce, and I need to get used to the differences and optimize the other features. I've only been in this position for 3 months, and my building is not finished, so I imagine when I start touring and working with more prospects, I'll have a more detailed experience.
