Overall Satisfaction with Aline

The use of Aline in our organization is used for our sales team to create impact with our prospects & families.

Pros

  • The reporting is fantastic and simple to understand

Cons

  • The platform is slow to respond and takes several hours to update.
  • I do believe that the platform is helpful but there are many steps in completing activities that could be streamlined.
I have to be honest , the support is not great and less than responsive.
This platform is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.
Aline was a top performer against the others.

I believe that it fits well with Assisted Living and Independent Living. I think improvements could be made with integrations to other platforms
