Overall Satisfaction with Aline

As a sales and marketing professional, I use Aline every day at a retirement community. Aline helps me to manage my portfolio of potential residents. At a glance I can see the number of prospects in our database, where they are at in the decision process and set goals of when to reach them to be intentional contacts. Having used a few different database management in the past, Aline aligns the closest to how I work. I can truly say because of Aline I am more successful in what I do.

  • Amount of calls in the team progress section
  • Team productivity report fixing so as to not have to scroll through
  • In the calendar option the ability to move tasks more than a month at a time, if it could scroll down so I could move it to a few months ahead
  • Improved occupancy
  • Easily able to hit metrics that are known for the highest performers
  • Easily able to see when and how often I am making touches to prospects
I have taken prospect centered seminars before and found them extremely helpful

Aline is well suited to the retirement community world. It really helps to organize my days effectively. I am much more intentional about setting tasks. The Sherpa Planning guide and recommended questions are such a help when I feel myself getting stuck
