Overall Satisfaction with Allscripts Practice Management
I have supported Allscripts PM and EHR in large and small settings. The program is touched by nearly all staff in a practice, from scheduling to providers themselves entering notes. Generally, support is available with reasonable quickness, but can be frustrating slow to progress. Issues stemming from upgrades are often also slow to be resolved, and staff can expect delays on the first day in the office after an upgrade.
