Overall Satisfaction with Altaro VM Backup

Altaro VM backup is being used by our IT department to provide a backup of all our Microsoft Hyper V VMs stored on our three host servers.
  • Pricing.
  • Reliability.
  • Less expensive than other options.
  • Requires little support time.
While there are other solutions on the market, we have stuck with Altaro because it is such a great value for the dollar.
I personally have never worked with the support team so I will not rate, however, our rep who does has reported that it has been good.
