We use Altium 365 to design all of our electronic PCBAs.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Complete lifecycle of PCB design
Integration of library management
Cloud sharing of designs

Cons

Can slow down tremendously when several designs are opened at once
Better integration of PDN tools into the native Altium Designer
Some of the additional features like Draftsman are very clunky and slow, and seem like an after thought or perhaps an acquired solution that isn't well integrated.

Return on Investment

All of the tools necessary are provide, so one design engineer can own the entire lifecycle of a PCBA
Must save constantly as you never know when the software may crash
