Overall Satisfaction with Altium 365

Our team, [...], is competing in the [...] competitions and
relies on Altium Designer to create PCBs for our tractive system and
dashboard. Altium 365 has been a game-changer, enabling seamless
collaboration and efficient version control. Its cloud-based platform
keeps us connected, ensures everyone is on the same page, and

Pros

  • Manufacturer part search
  • Interactive design rules
  • Git version control
  • Comments
  • Online tool for viewing sheets and PCBs

Cons

  • Optimzation, the software is somewhat hard to run when there are multiple objects
  • Autosave files even when not in version control
  • Reduced development time
  • Roll back to previous versions
Pretty great user interface, I like the design and most of the things that are used daily are easy to access.
Many features are self explanatory and need not refer documentation for that.
However it can be a little overwhelming at first. I suggest having little hint kind of thing to tutor first timers
Mostly working as a team is easier with Altium 365 and version control
