Overall Satisfaction with Amity

Amity is used as the interface where my team lives. It pulls together all of our client data (tickets, usage, contacts, contracts, etc.) and displays it for my team so that they can better help their portfolio.

  • Some times it's too much customization
  • Better ways to take care of upsells
  • Faster churn indicators
Amity understands that we need more than views to manage a cuatomer... you have to have a CRM.
  • For success teams that are siloed, with a large stack to manage; it works amazingly
  • Or small teams
  • For Teams that may have a lot of revenue targets, it's hard
