Anaplan is being used across our entire organization to create and aggregate our financial plan. We have developed driver based models that all feed into the creation of financial statements. Anaplan has been able to increase the efficiency and transparency of our budgeting process, allowing us to see real time budget changes in a consolidated total business view.
- Allowing many users the ability to be in the system working at the same time and aggregating the results.
- The flexibility to change the models as your business changes.
- Creating reports that are deliverable ready directly out of the system.
- To be able to create content pane views specific to individual users.
- The summation/average of selected cells for quick calculations.
Our current system, very limited, slow, and not agile.
