AnswerForce is great for a virtual receptionist. The answer all of your business calls and allow you to create a customized answering script for you company. It is a very useful and affordable virtual receptionist.

- charging for spam calls. They could do better at not charging for these calls
- accounting could be improved. I was overcharged a couple of times
