Overall Satisfaction with Apify
Apify allowed us to get access to an entire database which was otherwise inaccessible other than record by record, query by query. For a small investment in time and money, we captured data which would have cost 10-20X elsewhere. We also had direct access to the developer who was willing to make updates quickly based on our requirements. This ended up being the fastest, simplest method to secure the entire database results vs. any other option.

- For users unfamiliar with APIs, or the end data source, its interface can require finessing to get your desired results
- Failed runs can clutter up successful runs
- Actor price changes may impact cost of project depending on length of data extraction project
- Able to secure lead gen data at a volume otherwise not previously possible
- Cost per lead was unmatched vs other available sources
- Volume and detail of data allows for significant use cases above and beyond lead gen
