Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Apify to get information from a professional tool that had pretty locked down APIs. On Apify I was able to find a module that can access the information I need, send it on to my Make.com module, and do so reliably. I am a newbie in the space of workflows so I appreciated that I was able to get it up and running, and haven't had to come back and troubleshoot later.
