Overall Satisfaction with AppRiver
AppRiver has been our Microsoft 365 provider for over three years now. They provide our email, cloud file sharing, and application solutions. AppRiver provides the best support of any similar provider I have used -- very accessible, polite, professional, and available 24/7. I appreciate the human contact. AppRiver feels like part of our team.
- Knowledge - their support specialists usually know the answers... and when they don't, they will work to find them.
- Support - support specialists are genuinely interested in helping us find solutions to any problems with Office 365.
- Reliability - no matter what time you call or who you talk to, you're going to get great service. Their training must be terrific.
- AppRiver was recently purchased by a larger company. I was concerned that their excellent support would decline, but so far, they're going strong.
- AppRiver has helped us meet our security objectives as well as reduced the time dealing with issues so that we can spend it doing what we do best.
Their service is the main reason we stay with AppRiver. There are a lot of providers out there, but as long as their service is strong, we'll stick with them.
