Overall Satisfaction with Apptio Targetprocess

Cost transparency, ability to do showback to the internal business units

  • Great inbuilt reports
  • easy to use

Cons

  • Could be less complex in my opinion.
  • The admins need a lot of handholding in my opinion. So need to make that side easier I believe.
  • Time to value seems quiet long in my opinion.
  • Provide cost breakdown by dept
  • show us vendor spend

Pretty good, but given the people churn its been hard to train new admins I've found.
