  • Create availability to ESRI and Census data
  • Easy to use online platform that does not require you to download an application
  • Allows you to seamlessly share maps/layers within the team
  • Often times on the Business Analyst app, the site will crash or result in random glitches when handling large datasets
  • I would like the ability to handle more than 5000 geolocations while using the Arcmaps proximity search
  • Ability to quickly generate demographic data which helps sell advertising campaigns
  • Allows us to create and share network maps for our business seamlessly
More powerful tool which has much more functionality
I have yet to reach out to their internal support staff. Their online documentation and forums are usually very informative in answering and debugging any questions that may arise. It would perhaps help to have a quick-chat feature readily accessible on the platform for quicker and more specific support and suggestions.

Well suited for advertising agencies looking to create targeted campaigns (using census and geolocation data). The geolocating processing limits can be very limiting when you are trying to analyze large data sets.
