Overall Satisfaction with Archie

I oversee booking management and customer invoicing. Archie helps having everything automized, it automates invoicing and payments in an effective way, we are able to configure the automatic payments for our customers. It’s taken away a lot of of follow up with our customers.

  • The positive impact has been pretty clear, our site manager spends less time following up with the customers, the invoice view allows him to quickly identify the customers that we need to follow up with
The interface is very intuitive, you can easily find the setting or the option that you are looking for
The price is better, and the web interface is easier to navigate

The customer information is easy to locate, you can review everything related to a specifc account, and can perform tasks in here directly, when reviewing a specific customer, you don't have to go back and forth to confirm their status or to create a booking for them
